One of the most active areas in the West Central Texas district is the Wimberly pool in Southern Jones County. There is a large crew working on various operations. Shown here is C. W. Freeman, driller at the Butler & Horne et al No.2 Church. Mr. Freeman is wearing work clothes, gloves and a straw hat and is holding a long bar. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 18, 1943.
