This young star will be on the mound for the North Side Steers when the Maroon clashes with the Masonic Home Masons. He is Elmer Mosley, one of the sector's better passers. Fort Worth North Side High School football player. Mr. Mosley is wearing his full uniform with a jersey with the number "43" on it over his pads, pants, cleats, and a helmet. He is standing in a field and holding a football in his right hand like he is prepared to throw it and has hist left hand outstretched. Star-Telegram Evening, October 10 1940.
