Description
Light colored Longhorn steer standing in profile, its head turned to face the camera, at the Fort Worth Stockyards, probably 1939. There is hay on the ground at the steers hooves. Behind the fence of the stockyard, holding the steer, utility poles can be seen along the horizon. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
