Cattle Director's Meeting at Eagle Pass, Texas was attended by, left to right, Joe B. Matthews of Albany, Jim Weymouth, and C. E. Weymouth, both of Amarillo, Texas. The men are standing next to each other and engaged in a conversation. They are wearing suits and hats. Jim Weymouth has a cigarette in his hand and a newspaper tucked under his arm, while C. E. Weymouth has a pipe in his hand. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, November 19, 1941.
