Homer Legate, left, and Cecil E. Mallow at the Corporation Court trial of a noise complaint against the Berry Street Baptist Church and its pastor, Reverend Joe Scheumack. Legate testified at the trial and Mallow, along with his wife, filed the complaint. Both men are wearing suits.
