Midland, Texas, is hosting their seventh annual rodeo. Working hard for its success, left to right are, John Dublin, Leonard Proctor, and Roy Parks. The men are members of the rodeo committee. They are shown sitting on a wicker couch. Mr. Dublin is wearing a cowboy hat, striped button-up shirt, and trousers. Mr. Proctor is dressed in a cowboy hat, button-up shirt, and trousers. Mr. Parks is wearing a dress shirt, necktie, trousers, and a cowboy hat. He is smoking a cigar, and has several extras in his shirt pocket.
