Barbara Wunsch, 4-H Club girl of Dona Ana County, New Mexico, with her prize winning ram lamb at the 1941 Southwestern Livestock Show at El Paso, Texas. Barbara is kneeling next to her lamb, holding onto its horns. She is wearing a dark, short-sleeve dress and boots. Behind her a fence and the bed of a truck can be seen. Barbara is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Wunsch, of State College, New Mexico, a state that allows girls to compete with boys in all feeding projects.
