Description
Gerald Buchanan and his 960-pound yearling that was grand champion of the Borden County 4-H Baby Beef Show at Gail, Texas. Gerald is standing beside his yearling, wearing a button-up shirt, jacket, trousers and a pair of glasses. Behind him are several spectators of the show standing behind a fence and looking on. There is also another calf behind Gerald, at the left. The yearling was sold at 16 cents a pound to the Snyder National Bank of Snyder, Texas.
