Description

The Texas State Democratic Convention is getting under way in Mineral Wells, Texas. Two Port Arthur legislators and a Calvert Democrat are in attendance left to right, Representative DeWitt Kinnard, Joe P. Garcia, and State Senator Allan Shivers. Mr. Kinnard is a Representative from Port Arthur, Texas. He is dressed in a suit. Mr. Garcia of Calvert, Texas, is wearing a hat and a double breasted suit. Mr. Shivers is a State Senator from Port Arthur, Texas. He is dressed is a straw boater hat and a pinstripe suit. The men are shown walking through a lobby.
