Description

Birds will be remembered again this Christmas by children at the Fort Worth Garden Center. In this picture is a group of children selecting a tree for their annual "birds' Christmas tree" on which they tie tidbits for the birds. Left to right, they are Lawrence Riddle, Fred Withers, Nancy Jane Daley, Lorene Thompson, and Fleming Jones. The children are all standing in between some trees while looking at a tree beside them. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 7, 1941.
