Description
Mr. and Mrs. A. P. Peck of Vernon, Texas are among the ever-increasing number of Hereford breeders in West Texas. A few years ago they purchased some old cows of excellent bloodlines and have since been very successful with the calves from these cows. They have studied various sales catalogs to learn more about the popular "families" in the Hereford world. Mr. and Mrs. Peck are wearing nice clothes and sitting on a bleacher with numbered seats. Mr. Peck is wearing glasses and holding a cigar while Mrs. Peck is holding a pair of glasses and a purse in her hands. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 2, 1940.
