Description
The Texas State Democratic Convention is getting under way in Mineral Wells, Texas. Left to right are, Obel McAlister, Clinton Kersey, and Homer Leonard. Mr. Leonard, of McAllen, Texas, is getting a couple more endorsements to his candidacy for the Texas House speaker-ship. He is dressed in a light colored suit. Mr. McAlister of Fort Worth, Texas, is signing up as a Representative. He is dressed in a dark suit. Mr. Kersey of Bridgeport, Texas, is crouching between the two chairs, awaiting his turn to sign on. He is dressed in a pinstripe suit.
