Joe D. Johnson of Fort Worth is developing a remarkable ranch property on 3,000 acres of the Northeast Texas land utilization project north of Bonham in Fannin County on which he has a grazing permit from the United States Government through the Soil Conservation Service which is operating the project. Shown here is Mr. Johnson with his registered Jersey cow, Model Lad Vi, one of the prize winners in the recent State Fair of Texas at Dallas. He is standing next to his cow by the pond. He is wearing a white collared shirt, a tie, and a hat.
