A selection of evening fashion is featured from different Fort Worth stores as there is preparation for varied beauty next month at the Assembly ball and Steeplechase ball. Miss Netta Cohen is modeling a pleated, long-sleeve gown that is banded with a metallic cloth, showing the vogue for long sleeves in evening gowns. She is carrying a clutch purse in her left hand. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition October 27, 1940.
