Gross and Paul Ord, Chamber of Commerce manager, three of the group of of men who have worked on the Camp Wolters expansion project. They are looking over a blueprint spread out on a table. On the wall behind them is a map of Texas. Mr. Malsby is wearing a button-down shirt, waistcoat and trousers, Mr. Gross is wearing a button-down shirt, necktie and trousers and Mr. Ord is wearing a suit.
