Description
The twelfth annual Throckmorton County Fair and Rodeo is opening Thursday morning. Hartsal Ash, is shown exhibiting "Jeff," the grand champion baby beef of the show. Jeff was fed by J. W. Ash, a Throckmorton Future Farmer of America. Hartsal is wearing a button-up shirt and trousers. He is holding Jeff's lead rope. There is an automobile parked in the background.
