Food for the army must be kept fresh, so these members of Battalion Headquarters, One Hundred and Thirty-first Field Artillery, repair a kitchen refrigeration unit in the field. Left to right, Private Buck Edgar and Sergeant T. M. Newman, both of Abilene, Texas. Both men work under careful supervision.
