College students from all over Texas are attending the third annual pre-school conference of the Baptist Student Union of Texas at the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Walking down the steps with linked arms, left to right are, Truett Farmer, Miss Verna Treadwell, and George Stokes. Mr. Farmer of Fletcher, Oklahoma, attends Oklahoma Baptist University. He is dressed in a pinstripe suit. Miss Treadwell of Dallas, Texas, is a student at Southern Methodist University. She is wearing a dress with a floral pattern, and a belt at her waist. Mr. Stokes, of Plainview, Texas, attends Texas State College. He is dressed in a collared shirt, necktie, and trousers.
