Description
Attending the first annual field day of the Texas Aberdeen-Angus Association at the Gowdy Ranch near Jacksboro, Texas, were, left to right, J. D. Hooten, of Jone Jack Farm, Lee's Summit, Missouri; Tommy Brook, of Camp San Saba, Texas, a registered Angus breeder; and Bill Barton, of Chicago, Illinois, field man of the American Aberdeen Angus Association. The men are standing outside, lined up against a fence. They are all wearing collared shirts and trousers. Hooten and Brook are wearing hats. Brook is wearing a striped necktie.
