LeRoy Spires, of Roscoe, Texas, shown on "Red Jacket," a quarter horse stallion that placed fourth in the four-year-old class at the Texas Cowboy Reunion at Stamford, Texas. Spires is wearing a long-sleeve collared shirt, trousers and a cowboy hat. A piece of paper with the number "248" is pinned to the bottom of his left pant leg.
