Cowgirls who attended the fifth annual Coleman, Texas, rodeo included, left to right, Pauline Goddard, of Brownwood, Texas, Vivian Ellis, of San Saba, Texas, and Billie Marie Miller, of Coleman, Texas, Miss Miller was queen of the 1940 Coleman Rodeo. They are sitting on a ledge. On the back wall is a Lions Club banner. Miss Goddard is wearing a long-sleeve, collared blouse, a hat and trousers, and has a bandanna tied around her neck. Miss Ellis is wearing a long-sleeve shirt, dark-colored trousers and a cowboy hat. Miss Miller is wearing a long-sleeve, collared shirt, trousers and a cowboy hat.
