Harvesting activities are underway at the W. C. Pool Senior Farm. Mr. Pool's home-made sorghum-head cutter is clipping heads in a 150-acre field. Mr. Pool has already filled two 450-ton silos with the crop. A trench silo is being dug to hold the overflow cane from the large crop.
