Description

Betty Jo Ratliff, 15-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Ratliff, is a champion baton twirler. She is a senior at Odessa High School and was the first prize winner in the first division for baton twirlers in the national contest at Waco, Texas. She is standing in a field, wearing a majorette uniform and boots and is holding a baton. Her right leg is bent at the knee and in the air.
