Description

Betsy Lankford is the three year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jimmie Lankford of Coleman, Texas. She had no trouble attracting attention when she donned her colorful cowgirl clothes, got astride her prancing steed and raced into the arena. It didn't matter that her steed was actually a tricycle or that the arena was the lobby of the Hotel Coleman, which her father manages. Betsy still got the smiles and applause from her audience.
