Among those attending the Permian Basin Association Convention at Odessa, Texas, was A. B. Davis, left, manager of the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce, who aided in the landing of the 1941 convention for his city. He is shown at the convention's concluding banquet, sitting at a dining table. He is wearing a suit and holding a salt shaker. Seated to the right are two unidentified men wearing suits and eyeglasses.
