O'Donnell, center, division superintendent for West Texas and New Mexico of the Halliburton Company, and R. T. German, right, of Odessa, Texas, Magnolia Petroleum Company superintendent. O'Donnell is explaining a new tool to German. Sill is wearing a long-sleeve collared shirt, necktie, pinstripe trousers and a hat. O'Donnell is wearing a suit and eyeglasses. German is wearing a long-sleeve collared shirt, trousers and a hat.
