Description
Three of the cattlemen who assembled at Midland, Texas, for the three-day session of the National Range Conference were, left to right, Vick Poteet, with the Agricultural Adjustment Administration (AAA) at San Angelo, Texas, F. V. Swain, representing the AAA in District 6 in the north part, and J. W. Doak, who represents the same district in the south part. Mr. Poteet is wearing a collared shirt, necktie, trousers and a hat. Mr. Swain is wearing a suit, striped necktie and a hat. Mr. Doak is wearing a long-sleeve button-down shirt, a striped necktie, trousers and a hat.
