Two of the cattlemen who assembled at Midland, Texas, for the three-day session of the National Range Conference were, left to right, C. D. Walker, of Stillwater, Oklahoma, administrative officer, and W. L. Hutcheson, of Frederick, Oklahoma, state committee member. Mr. Walker is wearing a long-sleeve collared shirt and a polka-dot necktie. Mr. Hutcheson is wearing a suit and a striped necktie.
