Among the men who made the National Range Tour through West Texas were, left to right, Jep Todd, a cattleman from Canadian, Texas, and H. G. Bedford, of Midland, Texas. They are standing outdoors, both wearing cowboy hats. Mr. Todd is wearing a suit with a striped collared shirt and a striped necktie. Mr. Bedford is wearing a collared shirt, necktie and a vest.
