Description
Hundreds of West Texans took part in greeting and entertaining the cattlemen and Department of Agriculture experts and officials on the National Range tour through 14 West Texas counties. Among those involved in the tour were, left to right, R. M. Evans, of Washington, D. C., administrator of the Agricultural Adjustment Administration, and C. O. Finley, rancher at Pecos, Texas. Mr. Evans is wearing a collared button-down shirt, a sport coat and eyeglasses. He is holding a plate of food in his left hand. Mr. Finley is wearing a long-sleeve collared shirt, a necktie, a cowboy hat and eyeglasses. A badge is pinned to his shirt above the front pocket.
