Description
Hundreds of West Texans took part in greeting and entertaining the cattlemen and Department of Agriculture experts and officials on the National Range Tour through 14 West Texas counties. Among those who greeted the officials were, left to right, Mrs. Hal Peck, Mr. Peck and Mrs. Roy Parks, all of of Midland, Texas. Mrs. Peck is wearing a dress, coat and a hat. Mr. Peck is wearing a suit and a boater hat. He has his arms around his wife and Mrs. Parks and is holding a cigar in his left hand. Mrs. Parks is wearing a dress, coat and a hat.
