Description
During the National Range Tour, which covered 14 West Texas counties, Jo Ann Proctor, left, and Eula Ann Tolbert sang for tourists. Miss Proctor is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Proctor. Miss Tolbert is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Allen Tolbert. Both young women are from Midland, Texas. They are standing outdoors beside a picnic table, pictured at right. Miss Proctor is wearing a long-sleeve, collared blouse with a bandanna tied around her neck and a cowboy hat. Miss Tolbert is wearing a collared shirt, unbuttoned, layered over a blouse.
