    Shown here are early arrivals at the Texas Press Association (TPA) convention at Mineral Wells, Texas. They are Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Keach of Austin, Texas. They are looking out from a balcony. Mr. Keach is wearing a suit with a striped dress shirt and Mrs. Keach is wearing a polka dot dress with lace detailing along the neckline and edge of the sleeves, lace gloves and a hat. Mr. Keach is with the National Youth Administration. Mrs. Keach is the former Marion Fore, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Fore Junior, who was queen of the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1936.
