Description

Charles P. Williams, white-haired project engineer at Possum Kingdom, has been building dams in the United States and Mexico for exactly half a century. He's shown looking over a blue print with a magnifying glass. He has been in the business of dam construction and hydraulic design for a long time that he calls himself "The Beaver". Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, June 24, 1940.
