    This quartet was responsible for the success of the rodeo. Left to right, Roy Snodgrass, president of the Floydada rodeo association; Mr. and Mrs. Ollie Cox of Sweetwater, Texas, and Richard Stovall, the Floydada rodeo association vice president. Mr. Snodgrass is wearing a hat, glasses, shirt, tie, and slacks. Mr. and Mrs. Cox are wearing cowboy hats and western wear. Mr. Stovall is wearing a hat, glasses, and suit. He has a mustache.
