Southern Women's golf association. Left to right, Mrs. David A. Gaut, Mrs. George Thompson Jr., president of the Southern Association, and Mrs. P. K. French, chairman of the publicity committee. Busy as tournament officials, they are looking at a document. They are golfers themselves and Thompson and French, both from Fort Worth, reached the semifinals of the third flight and will possibly play for the title. Published on May 23, 1940.
