Among the thousands who attended the West Texas Chamber of Commerce convention at Big Spring, Texas, were Billy Crews, left, of Marfa, Texas, and E. Paul Jones, of Dallas, Texas. Crews is wearing a suit with a necktie. Jones is wearing a double-breasted suit with a bow tie and a cowboy hat. He is holding a cigar in his right hand.
