Description

A new school is opening in Kennedale, Texas, with James A. Arthur as the principal. Miss Margaret Fisher of Fort Worth, right, is one of the new teachers. She is looking over the shoulder of Ethel Noah. Ethel, a fourth grade student, is working on an arithmetic problem at the blackboard. She is wearing a checkered dress with a wide collar.
