At the West Texas Chamber of Commerce (WTCC) convention at Big Spring, Texas, Tom Speed, right, of San Angelo, Texas, gets a badge pinned to his shirt by Miss Marie Jennings, assistant secretary to Manager J. H. Greene of the Big Spring Chamber of Commerce. Miss Jennings is wearing a dress. Speed is wearing a long-sleeve shirt, a necktie and trousers.
