    Texas Republican leaders are shown talking over their 1940 chances with a brother Republican from Colorado. They are attending a Republican interstate gathering at the Hotel Texas. They are left to right, Orville Bullington, R. B. Creager, Governor Ralph L. Carr and Hugh E. Exum. Standing is Arnold Davis. Mr. Bullington, of Wichita Falls, Texas, is a member of the State Executive Committee. He is wearing a suit. Mr. Creager, of Brownsville, Texas is a national committee man. He is dressed in a three piece suit and Pince-nez glasses. Colorado Governor Carr is dressed in a double breasted, three piece pinstripe suit. Mr. Exum, of Amarillo, Texas, is chairman of the State Executive Committee. He is wearing a dark colored suit. Mr. Davis is the headquarters chairman for the Tarrant County Republican Club. He is dressed in a three piece suit. There is a mirror hanging on the back wall.
