A Republican dinner is being held at the Hotel Texas to honor Governor Ralph L. Carr of Colorado. In attendance are left to right, J. G. Fitzhugh and John W. Philip. Fitzhugh, of Galveston, Texas, is wearing a three piece pinstripe suit. Mr. Philip, of Dallas, Texas, is the state Republican director of organization and chairman of the state headquarters committee. He is dressed in a three piece suit.
