Description

Doctor W. O. Talbot, is the dean of Fort Worth, Texas dentists. He is shown admiring the mahogany and silver plaque presented to him Monday night by the Fort Worth District Dental Society. The plaque is in recognition of his forty-six years of active participation in the profession. On the desk is Dr. Talbot's original certificate to practice dentistry, issued in 1894 at Forest, Mississippi. Dr. Talbot is dressed in a three piece suit.
