Here are some of the prized Herefords on the M. L. Smiley Meadow Lawn Farm which is in Lamar County, ten miles west of Paris, Texas. Pictured in the barn in a pile of hay is M. L. F. Lady Royal D 10th. She was calved on November 7, 1938. She will be entered in the senior calf competition at the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 21, 1940.
