The fourth Annual Brown County Hereford Breeders sale is attracting many interested buyers and ranchers. Shown here, from left to right are Mrs. Claud McInnis, Mrs. W. L. Harkrider, and Miss Rosemary Thompson. Mrs. McInnis, of Byrds, Texas, is dressed in a hat and a coat with fur around the neck. She is writing in a notebook. Mrs. Harkrider is wearing a hat, checkered dress, coat, and gloves. She is holding a stack of notebooks and a pencil. Mrs. Harkrider and Miss Thompson are both from Brownwood, Texas. Miss Thompson is wearing a coat with fur around the neck. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 9, 1940.
