    Image shows Students in Fort Worth, Texas public schools are no longer dragging their feet when it comes to dancing in physical education classes. Riverside High School are practicing an old-fashioned square dance. The members of the square dance club are, clockwise, Annabelle Jefferson, back to camera; Briton Schubert Wanelle Messer, Ervin Archie, Melvena Dixon, Dan Godwin, Glennelle Brittian, and Kenneth Hightower. They are in old-fashioned western outfit, formed in a circle holding hands raised shoulder-height in the air. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 4, 1940.
