Description

Frank Tolbert is a sports writer at the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. He is demonstrating his hurdling technique as he jumps over a footstool in the archives department. There are bookshelves on either side of Mr. Tolbert filled with thick archive binders. Mr. Tolbert is wearing a dress shirt, necktie, vest, and trousers. His suit jacket was discarded onto one of the shelves.
