Mr. Carter in a group picture with unidentified people, there are some women in nun outfits while others are in suit jackets with skirts and berets, and the men are wearing suits and ties. They are standing at the end of a hallway in front of some rooms with the doors either open or closed. On the right side of the picture, there is a big bouquet of flowers on the floor.
