Description
Miss Geraldine Sharp, student at Texas Christian University, comparing the new license plates with the old. The school's colors, purple and white, were used for the new plates. She is wearing a blouse and skirt and is sitting on the front bumper of a parked car, holding a new license plate above the old one still on the car. Miss Sharp is president of the Leti Club, an organization of sophomore class girls who live in the Jarvis Hall dormitory. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, January 13, 1940.
