Description

At thirteen years old, Patsy Williams is the winner of a national cooking recipe contest. She completed seventh grade last spring at John T. White School in Ederville, Texas. She is shown standing at the stove, stirring a large pot. She is wearing a pinstripe dress with a bow tied at the waist. In a frame above the stove is her a "Certificate of Recipe Endorsement".
