Arlington Heights' Buddy Wise (4) contests Poly's Tommy Taylor (5) for rebound in first tilt of playoff series for 7-AA title at Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum. Behind Wise is Poly's Luther Scarborough. Number 9 is Jacket's Bill O' Grady. Poly won series, 63-45 and 45-35. There are other unidentified players on the court and all players are wearing their school's jersey, sock with sneakers and some players have knee pads. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 19, 1948.
